This policy explains what information the Status Tag website collects when you pre-order or get in touch, and how it's used. We only collect what's needed to process your order, deliver your device, and respond to you.
When you place a pre-order, we collect:
If you write to us for a corporate gifting enquiry or any other reason, we collect whatever you include in that message, such as your company name and contact details.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
When you submit the pre-order form, your details are sent to us by email (contact@stofo.in) or WhatsApp, using your own device's email or messaging app. We don't operate a server that stores your order in a database โ your information is only ever sent directly to us through these channels.
We do not collect or store your card, bank account, or UPI app credentials. UPI payments are made directly through your own UPI app to our published UPI ID; we only ask you to share the transaction/UTR number afterwards so we can match your payment to your order.
